Nestled in a private wooded area, this cottage was created to be a simple yet eclectic retreat. Four bedrooms fit comfortably inside this compact design of only 2,100 square feet.

Designed to feel like a cottage, a spacious wrap around porch provides an additional space for entertaining and relaxing. In addition to creating a family getaway, the owners of the cottage were interested in creating an environmentally friendly space.

Through the building of this project, the owners hope to encourage “green” building techniques, and display the ease and affordability of sustainable projects.
