summary |

|
|
The owner of a tool and die
shop needed to expand office, shop and manufacturing space at an existing
facility. This expansion became the opportunity to reorganize the existing
space and provide a new image that was more consistent with the company's
commitment to quality and excellence. One of the owner's primary goals was
to create a work environment and building that the employees of Die-Tech
could feel proud of. Office components included meeting rooms, display
lobby, engineering offices, MIS room, restrooms, breakroom, and elevator.
Shop components included single bay crane rails for the die shop, high tech
precision cutting and robotics, CMM room, and storage. |
